With extensive experience across insurance, healthcare, and hospitality, she focuses on strengthening service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting business growth. Holding a Chartered Insurance qualification in Human Resources, Sheryl brings a strong people-centric approach, aligning team performance with client needs and translating insights into tailored solutions. As a founding member of CURA Connect, she has played a key role in shaping Lifecare’s wellbeing offering through technology and partnerships. Her experience across the UAE, Qatar, and Kenya supports Lifecare’s client-first approach and long-term relationships.
