Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR is at the core of who we are as a company. In line with our dedication to enhance the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve, we conduct numerous initiatives throughout the year. Our annual Lifecare Better Together Mara Medical Camp enables healthcare access among underserved communities, often in extremely rural and remote locations, such as the Maasai Mara in Kenya.

Over the years our camp has successfully treated over 16,500 people, covering paediatrics, gynaecology, diabetes & hypertension, ENT, ECGs, optical, dental, GP consultations, and more. Previous medical camps highlighted that the majority of ailments treated stemmed from waterborne disease, which has led us on a mission to implement water projects across the region in order to address the root cause.

The camp is made possible through strong collaboration with our key partners and sponsors. Leading international medical insurers, healthcare, and other partners have supported and joined forces with Lifecare, united by a shared mission—to deliver critical care and improve the health and wellbeing of underserved communities. Together, we remain committed to enabling access to life changing healthcare and making an even greater impact in the years ahead.
