Where possible, complaints should be made in writing so that the details of the complaint are clear and complete.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively if you are not sure who to refer your complaint to, or feel it is inappropriate to address your complaint directly to a team member you can reach us on +971 (0)4 331 8688 or email:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:complaints@www.lifecareinternational.com\/ke\">complaints@www.lifecareinternational.com\/ke<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If we cannot solve your complaint straight away, we will acknowledge its receipt promptly and arrange for an officer to investigate the matter and provide you with a response within 4 weeks or a reason for not being able to resolve the complaint.
